§ 14-94. Revocation of conservation agreement.

  • By written notice to the farmland board, a landowner of qualifying farmland may revoke the conservation agreement formulated pursuant to section 14-90 of this article. Such revocation shall result in the loss of qualifying farm status, and consequently, loss of eligibility to participate in a voluntary agricultural district and benefits thereof. However, if only a portion of the district is affected by the revocation, and the remainder of the district meets the criteria of section 14-90 the district still exists.
